I am Dr. Nóra Galló, a holistic dietitian, functional nutritionist and hormone balancing consultant. I received my PhD degree in 2023 from the Doctoral School of Clinical Medicine of Semmelweis University. It is very important to me to keep my professional development and knowledge up to date, so I regularly attend national and international conferences. I also act as a lecturer and organiser of national continuing professional development courses.
I am a committed advocate of healthy lifestyles and prevention, as I believe that many chronic diseases are preventable and that we can make relevant improvements to our health and health challenges through complex lifestyle changes. My aim is to impart the knowledge that will enable anyone to maintain and restore their health and vitality through natural methods.
